Most agencies text and call each applicant by hand, keep a spreadsheet of who confirmed, and lose follow-ups the week the owner is busy or the VA quits. Godzillo takes that work off your plate.
One link. Applicants pick a seat in your group opportunity session or a 1:1 slot. A booking marks them Confirmed and fills in the interview date. A cancellation marks them Canceled. No spreadsheet to update.
Email from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 (templates, scheduling, open and click tracking), plus texting from a business number with two-way replies. Confirmations and a reminder about 12 hours before go out automatically, and Google Calendar stays in sync.
Texting is switched on per customer only after carrier 10DLC registration and consent language are in place.
Each office keeps its own time zone, statuses, templates, calendar and number. Built for agency groups and IMO downlines, not one recruiter with one calendar.

We don't promise a number. Godzillo automates booking, confirmations and reminders. Founding partners get help measuring their own before/after once show tracking ships.
Each customer's texting runs under its own carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration. Applicants opt in on your application, and STOP/HELP are honored. We'll help with setup, but this isn't legal advice, so have your counsel review your consent language.
You can keep them. Godzillo replaces the DIY recruiting funnel: group-session capacity, applicant statuses and multi-office setup that Calendly and GHL need custom work to approximate.
